What evidence does Yahweh say those who follow idols should present so we can know if they are gods or not?

Yahweh tells them to tell us what will happen, tell things about the future, tell us of earlier predictions so we can reflect on them and know how they were fulfilled and to do something good or evil, that we may be frightened or impressed [41:22; 41:23]
