  This version removes Book Packages that are not yet ready, only Book Packages for books that have undergone the consistency check and been officially released.

  The only change from v81 to v81 is that ZEC wasn't remove and should have been (removed in v82), and SNG was removed but shouldn't have been (added back in v82)
