form disaster
Yahweh refers to disaster as something he forms as a person would form clay. AT: "shape" or "create" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)
devise
"think of " or "plan" or "create"
his wicked path
AT: "his wicked way of living" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-idiom)
your ways and your practices
The words "ways" and "practices" basically mean the same thing and are used together to emphasize that their whole way of living has to change. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-doublet)
But they will say
The word "they" refers to the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem.
This is no use
AT: "We have no hope"
what his evil, stubborn heart desires
