resolve in your hearts
The "heart" refers to the decisions of the whole person. AT: "make up your mind" or "decide firmly" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metonymy)
not to prepare your defense ahead of time
"not to figure out ahead of time what you will say in order to defend yourself against their accusations"
wisdom that all your adversaries will not be able to resist or contradict
"wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict"
I will give you words and wisdom
"I will tell you what wise things to say"
