"is your responsibility" or "is your fault." This whole sentence can be translated as "It is because of you that I have been treated wrong" or "It is your fault that Hagar is doing wrong to me."
I gave my servant woman into your embrace
This can be translated as "I gave you my servant so that you would embrace her." Sarai used the word "embrace" here to refer to having sexual relations. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-euphemism).

This can be translated actively: "she despised me" or "she began to despise me" or "she thought she was better than me" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-activepassive).
