This is so that we should

"Then we will"

be like children

This is comparing a believer who has not grown spiritually to a child who has had very little experience in life. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

tossed around and carried away by every wind of teaching

This metaphor compares a believer who has not become mature and hears wrong teaching to a boat that is being blown by the wind in random directions on the water. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

by the trickery of people in the cleverness of erring deceit

"by crafty people who trick believers with clever lies"

Rather we will speak

"Instead we will speak"

into him who is the head...in the body's growth

This is a metaphor using the human body to describe how Christ causes believers to work together in harmony like the head of a body causes the body parts to work together to grow healthy. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

for the building up of each one in love

"so believers can help each other grow in love"
