The kingdom and the dominion

the greatness of the kingdoms
"everything that is great about the kingdoms" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-abstractnouns)
of the kingdoms under the whole heaven

will be given to the people

the people who belong to the holy ones

His kingdom
"The kingdom of the Most High"
an everlasting kingdom

Here is the end of the matter
This means that Daniel has finished describing the vision. AT: "That is what I saw in my vision" (UDB) or "Now you have read everything that I, Daniel, have seen in my vision"
