Your teeth are like a flock of newly shorn ewes

Sheep usually give birth to two lambs at one time. These twin lamb usually look like one another. Each of the woman's teeth has a matching tooth on the other side of her mouth. So it is like each tooth has a twin like the lambs. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)
none among them is bereaved
None of her teeth have lost their matching tooth on the other side. The woman has not lost any of her teeth.
