## Do we not all have one father? Has not one God created us? ##

## Why do we deal treacherously each against his brother, profaning the covenant of our fathers? ##
|

## dealt treacherously ##

## For Judah has profaned the sanctuary of Yahweh ##

"The men of Judah have disrespected God's temple"

## and has married the daughter of a foreign god ##
|
|
|

"and they have married women from other nations who worship idols."
|
|
|
|
## any descendant of the man that does this ##
|
|
|
|
"any of the man's children and grandchildren who also behave this way"
|
|
|
|
## even one who brings an offering to Yahweh of Hosts ##
|
|
|
|
"even if the sinful man brings an offering to God but has not repented of his sin" |
