that we live in is destroyed

When our physical body is destroyed.

we have a building from God, a house not made by human hands, but an eternal house, in heaven.

God will provide a new eternal body for us to live in. (See rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-idiom)

For in this tent we groan

AT: "For in this earthly body we struggle"

because by putting it on we will not be found naked.

Possible meanings are 1) We will be clothed in God's righteousness or 2) God will provide new bodies and clothing for us.
