Moses uses a question to teach the people of Israel. This rhetorical question can be translated as a statement. AT: "this is what Yahweh your God requires you to do: to fear ... for your own good." (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-rquestion)
to walk in all his ways
Moses speaks as if obeying Yahweh were walking on a path. AT: "to obey all his commands" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)
with all your heart and with all your soul
