increasing thirty, sixty, and even a hundred times
The amount of grain produced by each plant is being compared to the single seed from which it grew. Ellipsis is used here to shorten the phrases but they can be written out. Whoever has ears to hear
This is a way of referring to everyone there who was hearing what Jesus was saying. AT: "Whoever can hear me" or "Everyone who can hear me (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-idiom)

Here the word "hear" means to pay attention. AT: "let him listen carefully" or "must pay careful attention to what I am saying" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metonymy)
