This is not the wisdom that comes down from above

Here "This" refers to the "bitter jealousy and strife" described in the previous verses. The phrase "from above" is a metonym that represents "heaven" which represents God himself. AT: "This is not the kind of wisdom that God teaches us from heaven" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metonymy)

This is not the wisdom that comes down from above. Instead, it is earthly, unspiritual, demonic
