Possible meanings are 1) "speak of these matters to me" or 2) "cause me hardship" or "give me hard work."
for I carry on my body the marks of Jesus
These marks were scars from people who beat and whipped Paul because they did not like him teaching about Jesus. AT: "for the scars on my body show that I serve Jesus"
