Paul uses the word "saved" in a spiritual sense. If God saves a person, it means that through believing in Jesus' death on the cross, God has forgiven him and rescued him from being punished for his sin. You can translate this in an active form. the Lord will carry out his sentence on the earth
Here "sentence" refers to how he has decided to punish people. AT: "the Lord will punish people on the earth according to how he has said"
us ... we
Here the words "us" and "we" refer to Isaiah and those to whom he spoke. (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-inclusive)
we would be like Sodom, and we would have become like Gomorrah
God killed all of the people of Sodom and Gomorrah because of their sin. AT: "we all would have been destroyed like the people of Sodom and Gomorrah" or "God would have destroyed all of us, like he destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gommorah" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-explicit)
