These are Yahweh's words about Israel.
The time is coming; the day has come close
Both "The time" and "the day" refer to the time when God will punish the people of Israel. AT: "Israel's punishment will happen very soon" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-parallelism)
my anger is on the entire multitude
"I am angry with the whole multitude"
multitude
a very large number of people. Here it refers to the people of Israel.
as long as they both live
as long as "the buyer" and "the seller" (7:12) both live
the vision concerning the entire multitude will not be reversed
"God will surely do to the multitude what he has shown me"
none of them will be strengthened
