General Information:
In Daniel 11:1 through 12:4, the one who was speaking to Daniel in chapter 10 tells him what is written in the book of truth. This is as he said he would do in Daniel 10:21.
In the first year of Darius

Three kings will arise in Persia
"Three kings will rule over Persia"
a fourth will be far richer than all the others
"after them a fourth king will come into power who will have more money than the three before him" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/translate-ordinal)

Possible meanings are 1) authority or 2) military power.
he will stir up everyone
