These are the seven days for purification.

Inciting people to become very angry at Paul is spoken of as if they stirred up the crowd's emotions. AT: "caused a large number of people to be very angry at Paul" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)

laid hands on him

Besides, he has also brought Greeks into the temple

Trophimus

This was a Greek man that they accused Paul of having brought into the inner temple area that was only for Jews. See how you translated his name in Acts 20:4.
