Out of them all, the Lord rescued me

to live in a godly manner in Christ Jesus

"to live godly lives as followers of Jesus"

will be persecuted

This can be stated in active form. AT: "will certainly have to endure persecution" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-activepassive)

impostors

"deceivers" or "people who pretend to be different than they really are"

will go from bad to worse

"will become even more evil"

leading others and themselves astray

"Astray" here is a metaphor, as if they are moving off of the correct pathway and onto the wrong pathway. AT: "deceiving themselves and others" or "believing lies and teaching lies" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-metaphor)
