Since I am confident about this
"Since I am sure of this,"
I know that I will remain,
"I know that I will continue to live," or "I know that I will keep on living,"
and that I will continue with you all
"and that I will keep on serving all of you,"
As a result, you should be proud of me in Christ Jesus when I am present with you again
"So, when I come to you again, you will be proud of me because of what I have done for Christ Jesus."
Only conduct your lives in a manner worthy
"Only live your lives in a way that is worthy"
stand fast in one spirit, with one soul
These two phrases says the same thing in two different ways to show how important it is that they all agree and remain united. This could be translated as "continue living in unity" or "continue living like you are one person." (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-doublet)
striving together for the faith of the gospel
"working together to teach the gospel so that others might believe in Christ"
