This phrase refers to message about the forgiveness offered through Jesus christ. It offers forgiveness and new life unlike the law that only condemns to death.

## abound in glory ##

|
Christ's service of righteousness is far more glorious to the Law which also had glory.

The word "that" refers to the law of Moses.
