Пётр, Симон Пётр, Кифа

Факты:

Пётр — был одним из двенадцати апостолов Иисуса Христа и одним из лидеров ранней церкви.

До того, как Он был призван Иисусом, его звали Симоном.
Позднее Иисус называл его Кифой, что в арамейском языке означает “камень” или “скала”. Имя Пётр по-гречески тоже означает “камень” или “скала”.
Бог действовал через Петра, когда он исцелял людей и проповедовал Благую весть об Иисусе.
Пётр написал два письма, чтобы ободрить и наставить верующих братьев. Эти послания вошли в число книг Нового Завета.
