Add Note:

λογομαχίας
word-battles
Paul speaks figuratively of arguments about words as if they were military battles. Alternate translation: “arguments about words” (See: Metaphor)

Rationale:
Consideration of λογομαχεῖν in 2 Timothy 2:14 showed that the root μἀχη literally has a military meaning, even though in the NT it is always used figuratively.
